Where is the driver waiting for me?

What if you can't locate the driver?

How long will the driver wait for me after I have cleared customs and immigration?
The driver will wait for you a maximum of one real hour after the plane has landed. Only if the driver is not able to contact you, he will leave the meeting point. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation up to two hours before the scheduled time of your flight. For changes or cancellations before 48 hours of your arrival, please contact us by email or phone.
